Christmas at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa

There is no place like Dolly Parton’s hometown in the Smokies during the Christmas season.  Snow sparkles on the tops of the mountains while warm Christmas cheer can be felt as soon as guests walk into the lobby of Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa.  Guests are greeted with friendly smiles, warm apple cider and a 25-ft-tall Christmas tree decorated in classic Christmas décor.

During the holidays, the resort helps guests create special Christmas memories and traditions with a variety of Christmas-themed activities.

Breakfast with Santa invites guests to dress in their favorite Christmas pajamas and join Santa and his elves for breakfast in Song & Hearth! Kids will love getting their picture taken with Santa at the table and the festive holiday entertainment designed just for them!

In the evenings, guests can also create a memento from their Christmas stay with a photo with Santa. During Santa’s visit, children can tell him just what they want for Christmas while we capture that special Christmas memory with a photo.

Every day Camp DW hosts a variety of holiday-themed activities and entertainment designed families to imagine and create together. From Christmas-themed arts and crafts to bedtime stories, there is something for everyone. Guests are also invited to relax by the fire and play games with their families in one of the resort’s Living Rooms.

The Spa at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort allows guests to treat themselves during their holiday stay with Scents of the Season. Customizable treatments during the holidays have a touch of Christmas with classic holiday smells to help you relax and enjoy the Christmas spirit.

While the Swimming Hole, the resort’s outdoor pool, is closed for the season, guests can still take a swim in the Garden House. The beautiful indoor pool complex’s picture windows offer majestic mountain views that are perfect for taking in the snow-covered Smoky Mountains and the resort’s outdoor Christmas displays.

In Song & Hearth: A Southern Eatery, the resort’s farmhouse-style restaurant, guests feast on warm, Southern comfort foods. Guest-favorites including fried chicken, pot roast and mashed potatoes are sure to warm and fill bellies on a cool winter’s day.

Guests are invited to ring in the New Year with a special New Year’s Eve Family Celebration on Dec. 31. Guests can enjoy live music, family activities and special New Year’s Eve menu in Song & Hearth.

Resort guests also enjoy special park privileges. Guests with Dollywood tickets can take advantage of the complimentary trolley service to Dollywood to experience Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas Festival presented by Humana. During the award-winning festival, the park boasts an impressive count of more than five million brilliant lights, heartwarming Christmas entertainment, delicious holiday meals and the fun of Dollywood at Christmas.

Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas Festival and Christmas at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa continues through Jan. 4, 2020.
