Woodinville is famous for putting on amazing culinary events hosted by renowned chefs and wineries in the region. This year’s holiday chef spotlight is on Chef Bobby Moore, executive chef at the Barking Frog. With a great repertoire of modern and classic techniques and a fine-tuned understanding of the local resources, Chef Moore always brings something special to the table.

He’s put his renown gastronomical magical touch on both the Barking Frog and Fireside Lounge at Willows Lodge, whose menus have received such local acclaim that the Willows Lodge created an annual Barking Frog Holiday Boot Camp to teach patrons how to prepare the perfect food and beverage pairing for the holidays.

The Ultimate Culinary Boot Camp

Join executive chef Bobby Moore and his team for a complimentary three-class series at the Fireside Lounge in Willows Lodge. During the event, guests will enjoy small bites paired with Woodinville wine and cocktails, crafted by an expert culinary team. Themed demonstrations will take place where guests will learn seasonal dishes, taste different creations, and take home their own recipe cards.

While the class is complimentary, seating is limited and spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Happy Hour starts at 4pm and Boot Camp starts at 5:30pm, so come by early and grab a drink while you wait for the festivities to begin!
